EXPERIENCE THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Inspiring Students Through Practical Conversations
One of the hallmarks of Arliss’ ministry at Arkansas State was his weekly one on one hour long meeting with student leaders. He told them they would spend half the time talking about their personal concerns and the second half they would talk about their ministry responsibilities. Many credit this investment in one on one connections with student leaders as being “the secret sauce” to the size and scope of the ministry, as well as the large number of ASU students who have entered full time ministry.
